Orders

  1. Add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. 
  2. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout"
  3. Follow the instructions by providing us with the delivery information and select the payment method.
  4. We will ship you package and send you the tracking information by email. 

A tracking will be sent to you by email after your order has been sent. 

You will be able to follow-up your order by using this tracking number on the website of the shipping company provided. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & Paypal. 

Returns & Refunds

Your entire satisfaction is the most important for us.

We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy. It starts the day the product was received. 

  • We offer 100% refund if a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery. Please contact us by email: info@janfivestudio.com. We will proceed for the return and change of the damaged or faulty product at our own cost. 
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by a proof of purchase. 
  • For returns, please email info@janfivestudio.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and reason for the return.
  • We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customer are strongly recommended to get a proof of postage when returning the goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items except in case of returned damaged or faulty items. 
  • If the refund is approved, them it will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Shipping

A tracking will be sent to you by email after your order has been sent. You will be able to follow-up your order using this tracking number on the website of the shipping company provided.

  • We ship both locally and worldwide.
  • All orders are prepared between 24 and 48 hours after confirmation of payment.
  • Local delivery will take 2 to 3 working days maximum to receive.
  • Shipping cost vary depending on weight of total order and apply at the checkout. 
  • For international orders, charges vary by destination and apply at the checkout.
  • Tracking will be provided for all orders, both local and international.
